Free Returns
Does the ordered item not fit or it's not what you expected it to be? That's no problem at all, the return is free of charge within Germany! Just send us an e-mail and we will send you a return label if you are located within most countries in the EU. Outside of the EU you will have to take care of the return yourself.
Outside of Germany we unfortunately have to charge for returns: - Within Europe we charge €5,
- For Switzerland we charge €10,
- For USA we charge €16,
- for any other country you will be responsible for return costs.
