Brass anklet macrame bohemian “Laguna”

Our beautiful brass macrame anklet bohemian ist handmade from a waxed light brown cotton ribbon and cute little brass rocailles in gold. Additionally, the cute little golden bells rustle sweetly on the move. Just like a beautiful little fairy.

The boho anklet bracelet can be closed with an golden brass bell closure which gives this foot jewelry a little oriental touch. Since it has two locking bells, the size can be adjusted. It has a total length of 26 cm.

One day, on a market in Bangkok, I discovered a small shop that was sparkling with colourful gemstones.

A lovely woman sat on the floor and tinkered with her jewellery. Various small gemstone balls and lots of brightly coloured polyester threads were scattered around them.

She greeted every passing visitor with a beaming smile and invited them to her small tinkering room.

Her pretty little daughter kept her company and draped the finished products on the shelves. And if her mother got stuck with her English skills, the little one took over the conversation with customers like a professional.

We were introduced to all of her magic in jewellery form sitting on the floor.

We have been working with our Thai friend Mae since the beginning of Weltentänzer. Our customers and us just love their beautiful jewellery designs. They are simple and timeless and her hippie macrame jewellery stands out from the others.

Every year we look forward to visit her small shop again.
