How much are the shipping costs?

Free shipping in Germany above order amount of €150
€4.99 for shipping within Germany,
€9,99 for shipping within Europe,
€14,99 for shipping to Switzerland,
€15.99 for shipping to the USA,
€19.99 for shipping to the rest of the world.

Here’s what you can expect for delivery times:

Within Germany: 1-3 business day
Within Europe 3-7 business days
Outside of Europe: 7-25 business days

Care instructions gold

Remove the jewellery while sleeping or exercising.
Avoid contact with perfumes and body oils.
Long contact with sweat can damage the jewellery.
Do not use chemical jewellery cleaners.
Keep the jewellery dark, cool and dry.

Care instructions silver

Wash your silver by hand in hot, sudsy water as soon as possible after use.
Rinse well in clear hot water and hand-dry immediately and thoroughly.
For silver that is tarnished, clean with a good quality silver polish and avoid “dip” polishes
1. Apply a small amount of silver polish to a soft cloth.
2. Gently rub the silver with the cloth several times.
3. Rinse the silver thoroughly in warm water.
4. Blot dry and shine your silver with a polishing cloth or mitts. This will remove the tarnish and restore shine.

Laundry Instructions hand wash

Hand wash cold, as this material may shrink slightly.
Not suitable for the dryer.

Laundry instructions machine wash

Machine wash 30˚.
Not suitable for dryers.
Wash in a laundry bag to protect your favourite pieces.
