Take your time to try on your order at your leisure. If you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days.
🇩🇪 Within Germany
If you’re returning items from within Germany, we’ll be happy to email you a return label. You can either print it or have it scanned directly from your phone at the parcel shop.
Just send us an email within 14 days of receiving your order to [email protected].
To help us process your return quickly, please include your order number, the items you’d like to return, and – if you don’t mind – the reason for your return.
Your feedback helps us improve and create even better pieces for you in the future!
🌍 Outside Germany / Etsy Customers
Customers from outside Germany, as well as those who ordered via Etsy, are kindly asked to arrange and pay for the return shipment themselves.
✈️ Returns from outside the EU
For returns from outside the European Union, we charge a return handling fee of €19.99.
This is due to the extra administrative work for customs paperwork and pick-up at the customs office in Germany.
💶 A small note on return costs
As a small slow fashion label, we kindly ask for your understanding that we charge a €4.99 handling fee per return.
Our production costs are high, and our profit margins are much smaller than those of fast fashion brands. This fee helps us cover the costs of processing returns so we can continue creating fair and handmade fashion with love.

Please note urgently:
- Our returns are checked by a returns control center.
- Items that have been worn, washed, have a strong smell, are heavily perfumed, or are damaged are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We will refund your return within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase from us.
As soon as the refund has been posted, you will receive a confirmation by email. If your return has not been accounted for after 14 days, please contact us.
