You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can contact us either via E-Mail (email@example.com). Just let us now which product you want to return and why.

Using the withdrawal form is not required.
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we have selected all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favorable standard delivery we offer) have to repay immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us.
For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to:

immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods outside of Germany. In Germany the costs of returning are free.
You only have to pay for a possible loss in value of the goods, if this loss of value is due to a handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We ask you to send the goods back to us in the original packaging if possible. The returned items of clothing may not show any signs of wear (more than just a try-on) or soiling. We also do not accept washed or chemically cleaned items of clothing. Any damage to the clothing caused by improper fitting is at your expense. After we have received the return, you will receive an email confirming receipt. After the returned goods have been checked, the invoice amount will be refunded to you via the payment method you have used.
We gladly send you a return label.
This is associated with costs outside Germany.
For this we charge a flat rate of 5, – € for returns outside Germany and within the EU.
And for returns outside the EU lump sum 20, – €.
The costs for the returns label will be charged with the amount of the repayment.
You can simply print the return label and stick it on the package. The package can be delivered to any DHL shop.
How to send returns
You can simply return the items in their original packaging. Please ship the goods safely in order to avoid damage to the goods.
