All return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a trackable return method for you peace of mind.
🌍 Outside Germany / Etsy Customers
Customers outside of Germany and all Etsy customers are kindly asked to cover the return shipping costs themselves and arrange the return independently.
✈️ Returns from Outside the EU
For returns from outside the European Union, a €19.99 processing fee applies.
This is due to the high costs of customs clearance and the required pick-up from the German customs office, which we unfortunately cannot cover.

🫶 As a small, fair fashion label, we kindly ask for your understanding that we charge a small processing fee for returns.
The fee is €2.20 per returned item and helps us cover the handling and inspection costs of each return.
This step is not just a financial necessity, but also part of our mission to discourage excessive consumption and reduce return rates.
Returns—especially from large orders placed with no real purchase intention—require significant resources and effort on our part.
Unlike big fast-fashion corporations, we cannot and do not want to support such consumption patterns.
Our return fee is therefore more than just a policy – it’s a statement for mindful shopping, fair treatment of our team and artisans, and a more sustainable fashion future.
Returns outside the EU
For returns outside of the EU we charge an extra handling fee of €19,99. Since Germany has applied new rules for importing packages we need to pay an import tax and handling fee to the customs office.

Final sale items are excluded from returns.
Our returns are carefully checked by an independent and official return control team.
We only accept items that are unworn, unwashed and in perfect, like-new condition.
❗Please understand that we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn or washed, or that carry strong odors such as body odor, cigarette smoke, or perfume.
Likewise, items that have been damaged due to improper use are excluded from returns.❗
Such returns will not be refunded and can be sent back to you at your expense upon request.
We will refund your return within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase from us.
As soon as the refund has been posted, you will receive a confirmation by email. If your return has not been accounted for after 14 days, please contact us.
If your order can’t be delivered and gets returned to us, we unfortunately can’t refund the shipping costs.
So before placing your order, please double-check that your address is complete — and feel free to add extra details like a phone number or directions to help make sure everything arrives smoothly.
