Returns
Take your time to try on your order at your leisure. If you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days.
Within Germany
For returns within Germany, we will be happy to send you a returns label by email, which you can simply print out or have scanned in the parcel shop.
The return fee is 4.99 euros.
Simply write us an email within 14 days of receiving your order. To simplify the process, we would be very happy if you could tell us your order number and the items that are being returned. Because we can only adapt our items to the wishes of our customers with the help of your feedback, we would be very happy if you could also tell us the reason for the return.
Outside Germany / Etsy buyers
All other countries & Etsy customers take responsibility for returns themselves.
Returns outside of EU
For returns outside of Europe, we have to charge a return fee of 19.99 euros. Since the regulations for returns in Germany we have an extra effort for preparing the customs documents and collecting the package from the customs office.

Items that have been worn, washed, have a strong smell, are heavily perfumed, or are damaged are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We will refund your return within 14 days of receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase from us.
As soon as the refund has been posted, you will receive a confirmation by email. If your return has not been accounted for after 14 days, please contact us.
