The return is free of charge within Germany, we will send you a return label. We do however charge a handling fee of €4,99 for returns within germany and the EU. Outside of the EU we charge a handling fee of €19,99. Since the new regulations for returns to Germany we have an extra effort for preparing the customs documents and collecting the package from the customs office.
