The return is free of charge within Germany, we will send you a return label. We do however charge a handling fee of €4,99 for returns within germany and the EU. Outside of the EU we charge a handling fee of €19,99. Since the new regulations for returns to Germany we have an extra effort for preparing the customs documents and collecting the package from the customs office. Outside of Germany or if you have purchased our products from Etsy you will have to take care of the return yourself, we will not supply a return label.
